Jim has a Bachelor of Science from Central Methodist University.

In 2016, Jim joined Murski Breeding Sales. He has 12+ years of experience in the sporting goods industry including affiliations with the American Sportfishing Association, the Archery Trade Association and the National Shooting Sports Foundation.

Jim is married with a daughter and a son. Jim's passions include his family, hunting and fishing.
