Kelly graduated from the University of Arkansas where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA. He worked in the fishing industry for over 20 years at Zebco. Kelly worked in manufacturing engineering, marketing, and sales while at Zebco.
Kelly is married and has two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, disc golf, and music.
