Russ attended Ohio University, graduating Cum Laude with a BBA in Marketing and Finance. In 2024, Russ joined Murski Breeding Sales.
Russ has over twenty-seven years of territory sales and sales management experience. Nineteen years of which have been the outdoor industry working for companies such as Remington and EOTECH. Russ was awarded the Marlin Firearms and Remington Arms Salesman of the Year in 2010 & 2012.
His territory includes: Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Ohio.
Russ has three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, ice hockey, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
